U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday recommended that India "engage" with the U.N. nuclear watchdog to ensure the nation’s civilian atomic liability law "fully conforms" with an international accord, The Hindu newspaper reported (see GSN, July 19).
