Vienna - There is a high likelihood that Syria was developing a secret nuclear weapons program, the International Atomic Energy Agency announced in a report provided to member states as seen by the German Press Agency dpa on Tuesday.
The international nuclear watchdog came to this conclusion after sifting through all the available information it had on a purported nuclear facility destroyed by Israel in 2007 in al-Kibar.
