HELSINKI, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Finnish utility Teollisuuden Voima, TVO, said the Areva-Siemens consortium had told it the much delayed Olkiluoto 3 nuclear reactor will start operating in 2013.
"Majority of the reactor construction work will be ready in 2012 and regular operations will commence in 2013," TVO said in a statement on Friday.
