The Senate will receive its second briefing on the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear crisis on Tuesday morning, with a possibly friendlier committee calling the witnesses.
In a hearing that opens at 10 a.m., the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee will hear from four experts.
