New Delhi, Nov 25 (PTI) Foreign nuclear suppliers are awaiting notification of implementing rules of the nuclear liability law to know the extent of the tab they will have to pick up while setting up atomic power plants in the country.
"We have a specific situation in India. There is a new (liability) law. There have to be implementing rules for this laws. Once they are in place this should be settled," Philippe Knoche, Executive Vice President (Reactors and Services), Areva, told (…)
