June 17 (Bloomberg) — Electricite de France SA, Europe’s biggest power producer, will delay final bids for its 4 billion- pound ($5.9 billion) U.K. transmission network until at least mid-July while a pension fund issue is resolved, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
