VILNIUS, Nov 16 (Reuters) - France’s EDF (EDF.PA) and South Korean Electric Power Corp (KEPCO) (015760.KS) have bid to build a nuclear plant in Lithuania, which wants to cut its energy dependence on Russia, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.
