WARSAW, May 23 (Reuters) - France’s EDF (EDF.PA) and Italy’s Enel (ENEI.MI) are among companies in talks with Russia’s Rosatom on a stake in its planned nuclear power plant in Kaliningrad, Rosatom official said on Monday.
