L’agence de sûreté nucléaire japonaise annonce qu’il y a une forte probabilité pour que la présence de césium radioactif autour du réacteur n°1 de la centrale de Fukushiwa Daiichi provienne de la fusion de crayons de combustible (1), c’est à dire de la fusion du coeur nucléaire.
