Biomass-fired power station launched in Bansko
Local company Bul Eco Energy said it has launched into operation a 5MW biomass-fuelled power station in ski resort Bansko.
The power generation facility will process 8,000 cu m of waste timber annually.
The power station, designed by local company Energoproect, will supply electricity and heating energy to several municipal buildings, schools, kindergartens and the local plant for telephone components. Two small hotels will son be (...)
