TVO, Areva to "settle nuclear dispute within a month"

A French minister says that a bitter, protracted dispute between a Finnish nuclear utility and its French contractor should be resolved soon. The two are wrangling over vast cost overruns and delays on the Olkiluoto 3 nuclear reactor, which is nearly a decade behind schedule.
