Delta and EDF have agreed to collaborate on development of a second nuclear power plant at Borssele in the Netherlands, the Dutch and French utilities said in a joint statement late Wednesday.
The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding "commences a new phase in a long term process to establish a proper framework that could ultimately lead to a joint development of a nuclear power plant in Borssele," the two said.
