Duma endorses concept of bill on state atom holding

MOSCOW, December 6 (Itar-Tass) - The State Duma has backed President

Vladimir Putin´s initiative to reform the Russian atomic energy complex and

to set up a state atomic holding.

The parliamentarians approved on Wednesday in the first reading the
