On Thursday 9 September an organised simulation of a nuclear accident took place around the Penly nuclear power station (Seine Maritime, Normandy), with the evacuation of many residents. A member of the local authority officially invited the public to "play the game" of a nuclear disaster.
Children from Chernobyl do not play such a game : 4 out of 5 patients are currently sick from radiation related illnesses, 24 years after the reactor explosion. For employees of the power stations (...)
