Behind closed doors, the French establishment is engaged in an intense debate
over whether or not the country’s entire electro-nuclear industry should be
reworked.
The debate has arisen as a result of the present government’s decision to revoke
plans to privatise Areva - the world’s largest nuclear group, whose activities
